1) Massage the Tai-yang points. There are two of them, each located between the end of the eyebrow and the outer corner of the eye and 1 Cun further from the end of the eye (Figure below) Gently massage these points for several minutes or until you feel better.

Tai-yang point – EX-HN 5 2) Press and massage the Feng-chi points, which belong to the gallbladder meridians (Figure below).

3) Comb the entire head with both hands with the fingertips pressing on the head. Comb from the front to the back for several minutes or until comfortable. If you find some points are more painful when pressed, massage them more. This way you can actually massage many points on the head. Using a wooden comb helps do that too.
4) Press and massage the Tian-zhu points. They belong to the bladder meridians and are on the back of the neck 0.5 Cun above the hairline and 1 Cun from the centerline of the head vertically (Figure below).
