The benefit of knocking gallbladder meridians is tremendous.
First, the gallbladder and liver are connected, so when we stimulate the gallbladder, it consequently stimulates the liver to secrete bile which is the substance that dissolves fats and cholesterol in the food we eat. This process greatly improves the body’s digestion and absorption.
Second, it gives you a healthier liver because it enhances the liver’s ability to clean up the blood and produce the body’s immune factors.
Third, knocking these meridians will get rid of coldness and unclog the energy pathway along the sides of the body, and the excessive fat piled up on the sides of the upper legs will decrease.
Last, it is easy to do since these meridians are on the outer sides of the body, so knocking the portions from the sides of the hips to the outer sides of the knees daily is sufficient and easier.
